EIBE CONSULTING has helped ALGIECEL to start their international communication strategy by setting a clear direction for their communication based on the COMMfinder tool.

THE CHALLENGE

ALGIECEL is a newly established industrial carbon capture as-a-service biotech company whose purpose is to develop and deliver a technology with which CO2 from industrial production can be converted into useful products. The company was created during the Covid-19 pandemic and at a time when the whole world is facing a green transition. The technology used and the company’s two main products require an international communication strategy from the start.

Henrik Busch-Larsen, CEO and founder at ALGIECEL , approached EIBE CONSULTING at the end of 2021. ALGIECEL faced the challenge that they needed help to set structure and direction for their communication, which could equip them to become a recognized participant and partner on the international CO2 neutrality agenda.

THE SOLUTION
